The North Face Women's Paramount Pants give you durability and comfort for your cool morning hikes, and a streamlined look for your café rendezvous afterwards. That way, you can stay comfortable on the trail, and meet your friends for lunch without looking like you're ready to climb Everest. The Paramount Pants' fabric has both a water-resistant and UPF 30+ sun protection finish, so you stay dry during drizzly weather, and your legs won't burn when the sun's out. The North Face added front seam details to the Paramount Pants for a unique look both on and off the trail.
Bottom Line: Get ready for The North Face Paramounts to dominate your pants collection.
Theses are nice pants, but I ordered them in a 6 long. The 6 is fine, but the inseam was only 30 inches. Should have been marked regular or even short. Sounds like from the other reviews that the makers had a hard time labeling the sizes right. Other than that, nice pants. Had to return them as they didn't even cover my ankles
Does anyone know if this is basically the same style as the North Face Paramount Porter Convertible pants, just not convertible? (I already own the Paramount Porter convertibles, and I'm wondering if I can order these with confidence.) Thanks!
Yes they are. The only difference is the pockets and that they are convertible. I would say if you love your Paramount Porter's then you'll love these Nicole here. I find the two to be different. These pants fit me well, but the convertible ones seem boxier and less flattering.
I have these in two colors, and wear them pretty frequently, both for the outdoors and the office. The fabric is a little stiff; not stretchy at all. Still, they're comfortable.
The pants are very pretty to look at, but when I tried them on they were too small and already 2 sizes bigger than I usually wear, they had funny stretch lines across the front from being too tight. I'm not a big person at all, 155 pounds and 5' 10" but the pants did NOT look right, they might be made for skinny people, which sucks because the tall size is actually long enough.
I really liked these pants once I got the right size. I normally wear The North Face Size 8, but I had to go up to size 10 and 12 on these to be satisfied. The 10 is fitting and the 12 is loose, but I like the loose pants for some days. They are definitely long enough and fit nicely. The fabric is very breathable and comfortable. My only concern is that since they are so long, I may wear out the bottom part of the pants quickly. I will definitely buy these again -- I wish there were more colors!
