The North Face Paramount Granite Convertible Pant - Men's - 2007
When the morning air feels chilly but you know it's going to heat up, pull on The North Face Men's Paramount Granite Convertible Pants. As the sun rises, simply zip off the cuffs and stay cool. The North Face's water-repellant finish keeps you dry as you hike through misty forests. Pull your belt through the Paramount Granite Convertible Pants so they can keep up with you on the trail.
Bottom Line: Switch from pants to shorts and back easily in The North Face Paramount Granite Convertible Pants.
Convertible pants that don't look like convertible pants? Sign me up. The darker color is great, seam isn't easily visible when you're wearing them out and about. Material is soft and quick-drying, hardy too. They'd get 5 stars if they had better pockets. The openings are too big, so they don't feel deep enough. My phone drops out of my pocket every time I sit down.
These pants are abosolutely fantastic. Got em soaking wet and in about half an hour they were completely dry. These pants are great for winter golf here in southern Louisiana. At the start of my round the other day the temp was in the mid 50's and as the day wore on and the temperature began to rise, just zipped off the legs for a comfortable finish. Perfect.
Size feels true. Just wore them snowshowing with a med. thermal underneath and they were great. Totally impressed with the water and wind resistance. Really light weight.
Wearing them as I speak in Thailand. Love to be able to put the legs back on to get into the temples or for a long boat ride in the sun. Don't feel warm at all!
It was the first time that I was buying an apparel online. The pants are very comfortable and perfect for outdoors. Only thing that bothers me is that the pant gathers a lot of static.
Both The North Face web site and this web site say these pants have a gusseted crotch but they actually don't. Thus they were not roomy enough for active use and were tight in the crack.
I like these pants a lot. The fabric is very durable, yet very breathable. They have a bit of a slim fit in the thigh area on me, so if you have big legs, keep that in mind. Still, they're perfect for hiking. I'd definitely recommend them.
