Does this jacket have a loose or snug fit? I don't want it

Does this jacket have a loose or snug fit? I don't want it too loose but big enough where I could wear a small sweater under it. The size chart puts me at the upper end of a small.

I bought this jacket to wear around in the fall in Northern Washington. It does a superior job at keeping you warm without all the added bulk. I absolutely love it!

What is the difference between The North Face windstopper and the windwall fleece jacket. Its for a college student going to school on the northeast coast for the winter cold?

I'd say its just that the Windwall uses TNF's own fabric, whereas the Pamir is made with WindStopper which is a Polartec brand fabric (ie - TNF doesn't own the name "WindStopper" but they do own the name "Windwall").

This jacket is the perfect answer for campus life in the winter. A heavy coat is too much but the NF Pamir Windstopper jacket keeps us warmer than the average fleece. Looks great. Super warm and it keeps the biting wind out!
