Pretty solid in the wind resistance department. Not quite up to a dedicated wind shell, but I would trust it up to the more serious storms.

ive owned 3 of these suckers and have to say they all last 4ever i just keep updating my colors amazing jacket very warm,ive had mine soaked and stayed dry underneath no complaints at all

I'm a male who's just shy of 6 feet tall and weigh about 165 lbs. I was able to try both the medium and the large in a store. The medium just makes it on sleeve and torso length, but it's a close call. I opted for the medium because the large was a little loose in the torso for my build. Other than that, the large would have worked. The coat shipped fast and came well packaged.
