The North Face Boys' Meridian Surplus Convertible Pant comes in handy when you're not sure what the weather will do on your hike or full-day outing. The nylon fabric feels comfortable on cold mornings, and the bottoms of the Meridian Surplus Pants zip off as the weather warms up. Front pockets on The North Face Convertible Pants give your boy a place to store rocks and other hopefully-non-insectal items.

Bottom Line: Keeping up with an active boy and changing weather is a challenge. The North Face Meridian Surplus Convertible Pants simplify half of the equation.

These were great for a camping vacation we took to New Mexico. Looked good, washed well and solved of the dilemma of deciding whether to wear pants or shorts for the day. I highly recommend them!
