The North Face Megamouth Hydration Pack - 2007

Grab the North Face Megamouth 18 Hydration Pack and prepare to spend all day on the trail. This large volume pack is ready for all-day adventures that require extra layers, extra food, and extra water. There's nothing worse than reaching the farthest point of your hike or bike only to have the weather turn sour. 24Hr Adventure Race Approval

I used this new pack in my first 24hr adventure race. I'll be honest when I first got the pack I was a little scared all my gear wouldn't fit in it. WRONG! I just kept on stuffing gear in and it all went in, not only that, it was all accessible. Another thing that surprised me was how chilled my water was in my bladder after 12 hours in the sun. great pack

I just picked up this pack last week and took it on an afternoon mountain bike trip yesterday. I was very impressed wtih the comfort of the straps and the way the suspension system easily distributed the weight. When biking I move around a lot and I need to have any pack firmly secured to my back and this pack is great for that. Not to mention the conveience of having water so close at hand (mouth).

Solid pack!

I've been very pleased with this pack. For its small size when it arrived I was a little worried. But it expands to hold quite a bit. The hydration element of it is also wonderful and very convenient. It's perfect if you're looking for a smaller expandable day pack. My only gripe has been the ease of use of it's zippers. They aren't the easiest to open or close one handed and get a little caught. This hasn't bothered me at all though and would recommend this to anyone. The North Face has some great products out there!
