The North Face Lily Thermal Jacket - Women's

The North Face Women's Lily Thermal Jacket's unique quilted pattern draws attention while 100g Heatseeker insulation keeps you warm in below-zero weather. After all, chattering teeth hardly help you look good. The Lily Thermal Jacket keeps you chatter free when car windows require ten minutes of scraping and sidewalks become ice rinks, and snaps-in to compatible The North Face shells.

Bottom Line: Stay warm without sacrificing style. Zip yourself up in The North Face Lily Thermal Jacket.

Light but warm

By:
October 26, 2008

This jacket has a rich gorgeous color (I got the orange/red one). It's super light, and insulators fit well underneath it. I wore it a few times in South Lake Tahoe, and it did the trick: kept me warm, but wasn't too heavy or constricting. I don't think it would be good for intense sporting activity, like snowboarding or skiing, but it does the job on a chilly afternoon. And again, you can't beat the beautiful color.

overall good jacket

By:
February 10, 2009

This is a good jacket, although it's not as heavy as I was hoping. I get cold easily, and wouldn't wear this jacket any day I didn't think it was going to be at least 35. But it's a great lighter weight jacket, fits great and is complimentary to a girl's shape.

Yes it would most likely fit. It does have a little more bulk to it because of the insulation, but if you have a loose fitting shell over the top then it will layer underneath just fine.

Way warmer than expected. I walk to work in this and this week was a 10 degree day. Not cold at all. Will also use it under other coats, with it's nice light weight.

Should Not be Listed as Ski Jacket

By:
March 5, 2009

There's no way this jacket will keep you warm in any temperature below 50 degrees. If you just need a cute jacket for about town it's fine. But beware, this jacker is almost paper thin, with almost no insulation.

My previous jacket was a redpoint and for this winter I bought the Lily. So far they are very much alike. I think I like the Lily a little more when it comes to fit, although I'll really put it to the test when I zip it in my shell and ski with it over the holiday.

I love this jacket! The Lily is nice and long and covers your behind, also slimming at the waist. I have the white and washed it twice, looks like new. It's lightweight but very warm...perfect!

Girlfriend loves it and gets many complements because this isn't your typical NF jacket that everybody has. Anything under 40 degrees I would recommend laying.

best jacket I own

By:
January 7, 2009

I live in north Florida and I have wanted a lightweight but warm jacket for when the temperature dips, the wind blows, and it is damp. I did not want a bulky or heavy jacket, and I finally found the perfect jacket, this one. I got it in white, and every time I wear it, I get a compliment, not to mention the fact that I am toasty warm with it on.

Perfect Jacket!!!

By:
January 16, 2009

I have never written a review for a product before, but this jacket is worth writing about. I ordered it in black and loved it so much I ordered the blush red too!
The jacket is extremely light weight and warm. The fit is exceptional (true to size), and flattering. It is a bit tailored through the middle so it gives you a waistline and it is not bulky at all.
I wear it frequently as a casual jacket. I would highly recommend this jacket!!

I have three of these jackets and three of the vests. I love them and live in them all winter here in the North East - I wear them skiing with another layer over and around town with jeans almost daily...I was hoping for a new color to buy!
