The North Face KCS Denali Hooded Fleece Jacket - Boys' - 2009
Sometimes it’s nice for your kid to have a Denali Fleece that’s different from all the other Denali’s out there. The North Face KCS Denali Hooded Fleece Jacket has Khumbu Climbing School Patches on the left sleeve that not only give this hoody character, but symbolize that the proceeds from this jacket go toward supporting the KCS school (a training and instructional program for the Nepali people). The North Face also used recycled Polartec fleece with a DWR coating to make this Denali.
Bottom Line: Environmentally friendly.
Talk shop with all the gear freaks out there: ask 'em questions, upload/browse photos, and give your 2¢.

I've been a part of KCS for a few years... It is an amazing program to teach technical climbing skills to the local nepali people who work in the high mountains such as Everest. Not only is this jacket awesome, but you will be supporting the planet and a meaningful non-profit. Double good karma!
Change me.
