Insulated Pants- true to form

The Northface Insulated Pants for girls-are great. They are really nice and light weight, yet super warm and dry-and very good construction.
I ordered XL for my daughter who is 12 but tall at 5'6". 2 things that would make them perfect- just a little longer so they would really cover the ski boots-and a snap or zipper at the bottom to secure them over the boot would be a better design-but the boot cut flare allows for this- just not as good as the zipper design.
