How does the jacket roll up? I just bought the jacket and it's exactly what I was looking for. But, I can't figure out how it's supposed to roll up and tie with the 2 little elastic loops and buttons (no toggle, as shown on North Face site).

Allow me to clear that up. NO waterproofing. Not even a light drizzle. It'll come through this like toilet paper. Get a true shell if you want waterproofing and breathability, like this one:
