I'm looking for something to use for casual campingtrips and maybe the occasional backpacking trip. Does this come with a sack, or do you need to buy one?

This sleeping bag DOES in fact come with a stuff sack, the dimensions of which are listed in the Tech Specs. The 'Bx' in the name means that it comes in a box amd thus DOES NOT come in a storage sack. Please also note that this is a children's sleeping bag.

This worked very well for me on my motorcycle trip from Vermont to Colorado. I don't like mummy sacks so this was perfect. It can cinch up tight at the head for a more mummy sack-like experience.

Check out the Sea to Summit eVent compression sack (item # STS0002). For this bag I would buy a size large but you can also get an XL and it will still have extra room in your compression sack for anything extra like a small pillow or sleeping bag liner. That compression sack is awesome because it has a roll top closure w/ clips. After stuffing your sleeping bag in it you feel like you just shrink-wrapped your bag.
