I am 5'9 175 with a muscular build- would I need a medium? I dont want it to be too tight but I dont want it to be too roomy what do you suggest

Design offers good visibility for city running, while maintaining about 1000% more cool points than an orange reflective vest. L fits me well (6'1", 185lbs), and I dig the packable hood and media pockets.
