The North Face Catshark Hydration Pack - Women's - 2007

With a low-profile design and women specific features, The North Face Women's Catshark Hydration Pack stays comfy and light as you dart through city streets or up mountain trails. The North Face shortened the Catshark's torso length and placed the shoulder straps closer together to accommodate a gal's figure. The rubberized mesh shoulder harness and a removable waist belt steady the Catshark Hydration Pack as you bump over rocks and streams. Two liters of water in the Nalgene water reservoir keep you hydrated for a few hours, and the quick connect hose makes it easy to re-fill the leak-proof bladder for your next go-round.

Bottom Line: Pull on The North Face Catshark Hydration Pack and face your hard-core ride with steely-gray eyes.

Leaking bladder

I just purchased one and after using it three times it's already leaking....found that out in the middle of a 16 mile hike! Also the magnet on the pack is not secured...I would recommend glueing it in there so it's not lost, which is inevitable.

I am not sure if this pack has room for a rain coat...but from the description the North Face Dusky Hydration Pack-Women's has room for a rain coat.

A tiny detail on these North Face packs makes a huge difference: there's a little magnet where the bite valve joins the tube, and a corresponding one on the front of the shoulder strap, so when you're finished sipping, you can just push the hose up against your chest and the magnets connect--the hose stays in place until you want it again.
