The North Face Bella Blackhomb Winter Boot - Women's
Whether you're headed to a day at the office or driving the kids to ice hockey practice, zip up the North Face Men's Bella Blackhomb Winter Boot for fuzzy warmth and comfort thanks to 200g of PrimaLoft Eco insulation. A HydroSeal waterproof membrane backs up the waterproof nubuck and pig suede leather uppers, so you stay toasty when scraping the windshield or shoveling the stoop, and stylish when you head out for drinks after a day of skiing. The rear locking zipper lets the Bella Blackhomb maintain its streamlined appearance, while the Winter Grip rubber sole keeps you upright on slick sidewalks.
Bottom Line: This boot gives you warmth and style all winter long.
Yes! Waterproof Nubuck with a Hydroseal membrane. Not to say it doesn't have to be treated with Nikwax leather care from time to time but I think you'll be surprised. If you intend to go hiking in the winter I would advise against this boot, in the wet winter streets however, you'll be alright.
I agree with Angus if you are doing anything more than just walking around town look for a lace up. You may check out the Chilkats, McMurdo or Four Shadows.
i walk for miles in the city (salt lake) every morning in these boots. through slushy streets i stay dry. on ice no slip and best...i have the white - an entire winter in dirty streets, spilling endless amounts of coffee on them and they are still white. everything just beads off!
Write your question here...i'm looking for a boots that can stand the slushy snow and rain at because i want the white color not to mess the color of the boot up
I just got these today and they are better than I expected. I have worn them around all afternoon and they are very comfortable so far. They feel true to size (I wear a size 8 and ordered an 8 in these boots) and there is enough room to wear fairly thick socks with them. An 8.5 would have definitely been too large for my feet. These boots are very light in weight, which is exactly what I was looking for. So many winter boots feel heavy and clunky, but not these! I also like that they are made partially from recycled and eco-friendly materials.
These boots are really perfect for Chicago winters, they're nice looking and extremely warm... Even too much, you can't keep them for a while inside... They actually have a zip, as someone asked, in the inside face. They were a little tight at the beginning but rapidly went larger... Now they're comfortable. They don't get too much strains and are totally waterproof. Very good shoes!
Do these boots keep your feet warm if out in 0 degree F weather for 4 to 5 hours? My feel are always cold and I am looking for a warm solution, please. Thank you.

Do these boots run fairly narrow or on the wide side? I have narrow feet, so I'm concerned that without laces to adjust them, they'll end up being too wide. thanks!
The North Face Freedom ski pant comes in a Long inseam... you can get them insulated or just the shell. They also have a more streamlined softshell pant in Long, called the STH. I like them both. Good luck!
