The North Face Baltoro HV 1000 Winter Boot - Men's - 2006
Lace up The North Face Baltoro HV 1000 Winter Boots to keep your feet warm in absolutely blistering cold weather. A massive 1000g of PrimaLoft insulation, Dri-Lex fleece linings, and waterproof HyVent inserts create a barrier to cold and moisture that gives these boots an incredible temperature rating of -90F (-60C). No, that's not a typo—ninety degrees below zero Fahrenheit. These are not your average winter hiking boots. The Baltoro HV 1000 Boots are for hunting in Alaska, camping in northern Canada, and making a stroll to the North Pole. If your feet are cold in these boots, you probably fell into a vat of liquid nitrogen, and have bigger things to worry about than frostbite.
Bottom Line: The North Face Baltoro HV 1000 Winter Boots keep your feet warm in -90F weather. They're serious boots for serious weather.

Very cush and when laced up offer adequate support. I wear them loose with a thin pair of socks on sunny days. On weather days i'm glad to have them at the -60F rating.
Waterproof shell and soft rubber tread for advanced traction.
Very satisfied.
Change me.
