The North Face 40 Below Full-Zip Hooded Sweatshirt- Men's - 2008

When you zip into The North Face Men's 40 Below Full-Zip Hooded Sweatshirt you help commemorate the 1989 to 1990 Trans-Antarctica crossing. The design on the front of the 40 Below hoody lists the nations—China, France, the Soviet Union, Great Britain, Japan, and the United States—that the six men on the team came from. These men and a team of sled dogs battled minus 125 degrees Fahrenheit temps, 100-foot crevasses, 11,000ft heights, and 100-mile-per-hour winds to cross Antarctica in 220 days. Cotton and polyester fabric and a waffle-knit liner in this hoody keep you cozy as you plan your next adventure.

Bottom Line: Commemorates six badass guys and six nations that united in the spirit of adventure.
