The North Face Heathen Jacket - Men's - 2008
Thanks to durable mini-ripstop Gore-Tex Pro Shell 3L, fast and light meet hard and core in The North Face Heathen Jacket. Engineered to provide full protection when deployed, but minimal bulk when stashed away, the sub-14-ounce Heathen is equipped with the essential features you need for rapid ascents, and nothing more. Two alpine (read: harness and waistbelt-friendly) chest pockets hold needed accessories and seal with watertight PU zips, while a fully-adjustable fixed hood and hem cinch cord stand blockade against the elements. A micro-grid woven backer wicks moisture from your midlayer, and Underarm zips dump unwanted heat when de-layering is not an option.
Bottom Line: So tough yet so light, it's blasphemous.
