The North Face Velocitee Short - Women's - 2008

Since it's not really socially acceptable to run in your underwear—although the sweltering sun outside makes them seem like a perfect choice—The North Face Women's Velocitee Shorts are a good compromise. The Velocitee's breathable liner and the three-inch inseam create a good combo of short, but not inappropriately revealing. The North Face made these running shorts with a soft, lightweight fabric so you stay cool and comfortable on summer days.

Bottom Line: We're pretty sure The North Face Velocitee Shorts are more comfortable, lightweight, and cool than your undies.

great shorts

Really comfy, light weight and good wicking qualities. I'm 5'3 and they fit well. I wore these all summer trail running.

Really lightweight and comfortable. i ran in these on a really hot day and couldn't believe how light and airy they felt without riding up or showing too much leg.

These shorts rock! They are so light and soft and they don't ride up, bunch up, or do any other annoying things that shorts sometimes do. Now, if only they made me faster...

Best running shorts I've found

I LOVE these shorts! I've had a really hard time finding good running shorts. I'm pretty small, most other brands of shorts go down practically to my knees or the styles ride up and get too short. These are the perfect length and the fabric is so lightweight I don't even notice they're there. I'm buying another pair!

these shorts are perfect for trail running - not too tight or loose and a great length. the wicking material keeps you dry through long runs.
