The North Face Freedom Pant - Women's - 2007

Sick of tight, retro style ski pants? Grab The North Face Women's Freedom Pants. A relaxed, contemporary fit gives you room to move, and the waterproof breathable fabric keeps your legs dry throughout winter storms. Mesh panels in the gaiters work with thigh vents to create full-leg air circulation, so you won't end up with sweat-soaked legs on warm spring ski days. Layer long johns under The North Face Freedom Pants during chilly mid-winter weather. Fully taped seams block moisture, and a cargo pocket on the Freedom shell pants gives you a place to stash your trail map.

Bottom Line: The North Face Freedom Pants liberate your legs from tight, uncomfortable ski pants.

North Face Freedom Pant

These pants are awesome. I stay warm and dry. Best of all, they're available in women's tall sizes so the fit was great on my 5'11'' frame.

TNF always rocks for us short girls!

By:

am 5'1" about 107 w/ a smaller waist & large quadriceps... bought the XS short pant in the moonlight ivory.
great fit, not too tight even with the lauren 686 vitals midweight AND lightweight thermal capris.
i couldn't find any other manufacturers other than TNF who offer pants in short length.
only downside of these pants... no attachment to TNF jackets to keep out the SNOW! they are a little higher above the waist to help with this, but its just not the same.
FYI: if your a hiker try the TNF paramount porter convertible pants... AWESOME!

Will these match the light blue of the kira triclimate jacket

Will these match the light blue of the kira triclimate jacket in arctic blue? Trying to find a pant that matches this coat, which I already have. Black doesn't look great. Thanks!

No-frills, solid ski pant

By:
February 26, 2008

Great price. Great pant. The basic features are two pockets that are good for hand warmers, a cargo pocket, and side gussets. This is a no-frills shell that does everything you really need a ski pant to do. Nothing more, nothing less.

great pants

These pants hold up to a lot of wear. Now on my second pair, my first pair was waterproof for well over 100 ski days before the bottoms started to shred as well.
The adjustable waist helps to find the best personal fit. At 5'2", I wear the regular length pulled down to just below the waist and they are not too long.
