The North Face Abby Boot - Women's - 2007

The North Face Women's Abby Boots' waterproof velvet suede and nubuck uppers encase shearling sheepskin that wraps your feet in luxury. Abby's collar folds down to create a short boot so you can choose your style depending on your mood and how deep the snow is. A cushiony EVA midsole makes long walks comfortable, and thermoplastic toe protection ensures you won't stub your piggies on a chunk of ice. Primaloft insulation warms your toes, and Winter Grip outsoles keep you grounded. Antimicrobial footbeds prevent odor so your friends won't run away when you take off your boots.

Bottom Line: Wear The North Face cozy, luxurious Abby as a high-cut or low-cut boot.

Best Boots!

By:
February 2, 2009

I wear my boots ALL THE TIME!!! I love them! They are so warm and extremely comfortable. They feel like super soft slippers; I could stay in them all day! And they are incredibly cute. I get compliments every time I wear them. These are must-have boots.

I wear an 8.5 generally but I ordered a 9. My boots are very comfortable with that small difference. In your case, a whole size larger may be a bit too much. So, if you can, just go half a size up.

The lining towards the bottom of the shoe. The abby II has a "weatherproofing stitching" and etched snowflakes towards the back of the shoe. The abby does not have either. And I believe they came in different colors as well. Hope that helps.
