The North Face Arctic Pull -On Boot - Men's - 2007
The North Face Arctic Pull-On Boot is your first step toward warm feet when you're outside this winter. You'll appreciate the 200 grams of PrimaLoft insulation on days when it's so cold your car won't even start. The Arctic is made from waterproof Nubuck leather and is fully seam sealed to keep the moisture outside and your feet dry. Winter Grip rubber outsoles give you traction no matter how slick the ground is. Pull them on and head into town even when the mailman has given up.
Bottom Line: The North Face Arctic Pull-On Boot won't let winter slow you down.
They are great boots; they were purchased to replace a worn -out pair. The problem is that they don't come in wide width (that is why the first pair wore out so fast). We tried a larger size, but the manufacturer really needs to make them wider!
The North Face Artic Pull-On Boots are very comfortable, easy to get on and off, and nice looking! I live in the Pacific Northwest and these boots kept my feet warm and dry; but not too warm during warmer weather. Highly recommend!
I was lucky enough to grab a pair of these boots before my size sold out. These boots are like slippers with beefy soles. They wear perfectly. I order the same size as my regular running shoes and they fit great but everyone's feet are different so you'll have to decide what size you need. Hats off to The North Face!
These are very easy to put on so I end up using them a lot more than I would a lace up winter boot. They are stylish too and I found that I preferred them over any other shoe I had this winter. I found myself searching for puddles and such when I had them on.
Due to the warm weather in my region I have not had the opportunity to use these boots. However, I found the boots ran a full size small. I'm a 10.5 in everything I wear, but these boots were way too small at a 10.5. I recommend buying a full size larger.
Nice winter boot for wet, sloppy cold conditions. I use them as after ski/snowboard wear, playing in the snow with my dog and kids, etc. Easy on and off is what made me pick 'em. I've got a lace-up winter boot but it's just such a drag lacing them on and off when going in and out of the house. Like most TNF stuff they're made well and get the job done.
Wore them in the Alps in snow and walked around town for hours too. Dry, warm and comfortable. Everything I was looking for in a winter boot. They look great too.
This is my second pair of this boot. I loved the first pair so much, but I was sad to find to that the North Face store was no longer carrying them. This is where this site came in, though it was hard to find the right size it was cool to have a place that had many of the boots that no longer exist else where. This boot is so great because its style lets one wear on wet casual days in the city and also are strong enough to handle snow hiking though any conditions. The design is also great because it allows a grove in the back for ice cramps or snow shoes.
As I write this review, we are having another Nor'easter in Boston. I live in the city and have a black lab, to be able to quickly slip my feet into these boots and go out with McGill for 20 minuets or four hours, the boot is water proof, warm and comfortable. A little to loose fitting if your hikeing in deep snow or for long periods of time. However, this is an excellent boot for any one on the go, in and out and needs a boot to cut through snow and slush. Highly reccomended!
For what I bought these for (slip on boot) they're great. I can't imagine doing any serious hiking in them as the feet are snug but the ankles are 'loose'. Definitely warm, very nice insulation.
The boot looked good, but it isn't wide enough for me and I think it should be a little higher. If you run into some slush, that boot is getting flooded.
These are extremely comfortable and warm. I haven't had a chance to check the water proofing, but North Face has never let me down. If you're thinking of buying a pair, you won't regret it.
