The North Face Resolve Jacket - Boys' - 2007

The North Face Boys' Resolve jacket is a tough rain repeller for kids who trek through precipitating climates. Fully waterproof and seam sealed, the Resolve will keep junior dry whether he's waiting for the school bus or hiking to see the redwoods. The hood is fully adjustable and stores in the collar so it's out of the way when it's time to play.

Bottom Line: A tech raincoat for kids who won't come in out of the storm.

Don't be mislead by the picture

The jacket, while nice, is not suitable for winter weather. I thought it was the puffy type jacket that is worn when it is cold. It is merely a windbreaker, and much too expensive for that.

Very nice jacket, but not quite true to its description

All-in-all, I'd say this is a very nice boys' rain jacket. It's lightweight, seems to be well made, and it's comfortable to my son. It hasn't been an issue, but it might be nice if the jacket had some venting.

My only disappointment is that, contrary to the product description, the hood is *not* adjustable. The hood does, however, roll up and stow away in the collar, a feature I really wanted but doesn't seem to be too common in kids' rain jackets.

Resolve Jacket

The jacket fits true to size. I'm 5'3" - 5'4", 125lbs, and the jacket fits nicely. It does fit loose, so if you want a tighter fit, choose a smaller size. Cheers!

This jacket is lightweight, breathable, and fits perfectly. I am a size small in women's, but I'm very pleased with this boy's fit.

I love my boys NF Resolve Jacket. it is great for spring weather. I wear a womens small and the boys large fits me perfect! I love it!
-The only draw back is it doesn't have a draw string at the bottom, but it is still a great jacket!
