The Terra-Fi 2 Sandal's continued excellence gained them a reputation as Teva's most popular Women's sandal. The Terra-Fi 2 Sandal's durable webbing straps stand up to mile after mile of hiking on trails, over rocks, and through rivers. Grabby spider rubber soles provide great traction over variable terrain and slick riverbeds, and Shoc Pads inside the heel absorbs the impact of each step you take. Additional padding on the ankle-strap adds to the sandals’ comfort, and antimicrobial zinc in the footbeds adds to your buddies’ comfort by keeping your feet fresh.
Bottom Line: A high-performance amphibious sandal. (People can wear it too.)
This is the first time I've ever worn a sandal like this, and I have to say I find myself wanting to only wear them! They are so comfortable and am so glad I bought them. They will no doubt not be the last pair I buy. Great shoes Teva!!
I am on my third pair. I believe these are the "beefiest" version of sandals that Teva makes, and I punish them. I wear them all summer. I hike in them, wear them in rivers to fish, camp in them, ride my bike (casually), just kick around town in them...they barely leave my feet. I have never had a blister or discomfort of any kind. The reason I am on my third pair is not that they have worn out, but that they get stinky and there's really nothing you can do about it. I've tried all sorts of ways to de-stink them, and it seems to help only temporarily. (I do not have extra stinky feet in general either) One mistake I have made in this area was getting them wet in a river or ocean and not thoroughly rinsing them and allowing them to dry (e.g. the car trunk is BAD, very BAD for this). That is my only reason for the 4 star rating. I agree on them being big in strap length. I have low-volume feet and the straps do end up hanging off a little - especially down by the toes. But never enough to really bother me. If you want a less clunky sole, try one or two notches down the price list of Teva sandals. The farther you go down, the more feminine they look, but you will lose some of the support that comes with the Terra-Fi.
This is the most comfortable sandal I've ever worn. Great support, fits the foot perfectly, and so good looking. I have serious foot problems so finding a shoe or sandal that's adjustable, fits, and is sturdy and comfortable is challenging. These sandals are the absolute best ever. Thank you Teva.
I instantly fell in love with these sandles when they arrived. They are considerably better than the style I had a few years back. So comfortable with the padded pressure points and specially designed foot bed. They are fully adjustable so they can fit tighter or looser if desired. My feet don't sweat or feel hot & sticky when wearing them even in hot weather and on long hikes. When they arrived I wore them around the house and around town for about a week before going on a rugged day long hike up a mountain. During the hike I ended up getting blisters on both of my little toes and inner ankles from the rubbing however, I think the conditiions were pretty extreme. The engineering of the pressure points is very good and this past weekend when I went on a 3 day hike in them along a coastal and beach trail I had no problems, even when wet! I would reccomend these over other Teva models. A superb product.
I went to a store to try them on for size before I bought them online. I normally wear a 7 to 7.5 but the size 6 Terra Fi fits me perfectly. My foot width is normal and the straps fit perfectly with no overhanging flaps.
I find them to be quite comfortable for someone who has a lot of foot problems, such as neuroma cysts and bunion surgery after effects. Not quite as comfortable as my Keens, but more cushy.
TEVA sandals are wonderful. Completely comfortable from day one, which surprised me no end. I usually spend several weeks getting used to shoes and generally avoid anything with straps. I live and work in New York City and love my TEVAs for walking around Manhattan. They hold up well on city sidewalks and should be wonderful in the country.
They are comfortable even if they look a little bulky. I'm sure I will wear them working in the garden and walking along the creek but not out to lunch. They have great traction but it is nearly impossible to get the mud off the bottom.
I've never worn Tevas before. They are a bit bulky, but feel pretty light on the feet. They are super comfortable, quite adjustable, and for me an added bonus is the little bit of height offered that keeps me up off wet grass and pavement.
I ordered these Tevas a week before we left for Disney - so, I didnt have time to break them in around the house. I took them with me anyway and wore them for HOURS - they were so comfortable and no "breaking-in" required. I love my Tevas. Definitely would recomment this product to other people. It is definitely much much better looking that those Crocs too!
These are awesome. I wear them hiking all the time. They have decent grip. If you hike in them for days at a time the nylon can rub parts of your feet raw, but other than that they are awesome and the tan line it leaves is great...everyone can see you have been out having fun.
