Swix Ski Straps for Carve Skis

Your carving skis don't stay together naturally, which can be a real pain when you're trying to carry them. It can be a pain for other people to, when you unintentionally swap them with the tail of one of your boards. Swix made the Ski Straps for Carve Skis so you can carry your planks, protect the bases, and protect others. These straps fit around skis 120mm wide.

Bottom Line: Swix's Ski Straps equal easy ski-toting.

Study strap..

These have a sturdy strap, but if you are intending to put on anything wider than about 130mm at the tip or tail, they'll be too short. They don't work on my Volkl Katana's they are too wide. Great strap for mid-fatties or below.

If it works, why fight it?

I bought two sets of these, one for a pair of B2s (116mm shovel) and one for a pair of Public Enemies (118mm shovel.) They fit fine on both of those skis. I replaced the PEs with this year's Mantras (133mm shovel,) and the velcro just barely reaches, with some of the fuzzy stuff exposed. They still do the job, so who am I to complain?

Slip a bit

These straps come with a rubber end that goes between your skis to stop the strap slipping down, I assume. They still slip a little, but otherwise hold the skis together.
