This one doesn't fit the T3, but there are a couple of bands to fit that watch. Look at T-series strap, and T-series strap clasp.

After cleaning out all the salt and dead skin from the watch housing the new strap went on just fine. the straps seem to wear in about 1.5 years which is fine. No one carried the blue strap, so I opted for the white. I like the two tone appeal and the lady does as well.
