Superfeet Premium Insole - Men's

Specifically designed for your active winter footwear, the Superfeet Men’s Premium Insole gives you the support, shock absorption, and power transmission you need to shred your hardest. This insole features full-length REBOUND foam for cushion and forefoot flex, and the stabilizer cap supports and aligns the rearfoot. On the top, Superfeet added an Outlast Adaptive Comfort layer to regulate heat and an AgIon treatment to reduce funky odors. A light Thermo-Foil layer on the underside helps to reflect heat back at your foot and insulate from the cold ground.

Bottom Line: Superfeet’s legendary insoles, now for chillier applications.

Solid Gold

I've been using the Green Superfeet for years in my Alpine Touring boots (Scarpa) and between the insoles and thermofit liners, I never get blisters. I've been told I have flat feet, so I like the extra arch support these insoles provide. Plus, they are very durable. I've swapped my green insoles out of successive ski boots for years and they are still going strong.

From what I've seen, these insoles come in a vast array of lengths and arch heights. I can't speak to all of those, but I have narrow feet with flattish arches and the "normal" size works for me.

The premium insole (the one reviewed here) is just a nicer, winterized version of their classic green insole. I don't notice any real temperature difference with the reflective foil, but it probably doesn't hurt either.

Overall, a great addition to a pair of ski boots.

Superb!

These winter ones are as great as all of the other Superfeet insoles. The fleecy top is nice for this cold weather version, and the foil has held up well even though Superfeet warns about its durability. The way Superfeet insoles are firm ends up feeling so much better and giving you more support than more cushioned insoles. The high arch hits further back than most insoles, which supports my arch better than any other I've tried. They keep you from over-pronating, although I've never had a tendency to, myself. I tend to be more supinated if anything, but the deep heel cup in Superfeet insoles keep my ankle straight. Superfeet is the only way to go. Go to their website to see which of their insoles you should get.

Anyone recommend these for 'uphill' alpine endeavors

Anyone recommend these for 'uphill' alpine endeavors as well? (Can't find big enough size in the Ed Viesturs insoles).

I don't see why not. I use the orange currently in my mountaineering boots, and those have the same heel cap that these do.

They're better than nothing.

Far superior to most footbeds found in light hikers and snow boots. I have found these inserts work well in my Alpine ski boots as well. Slight heel lift, feel way better than flat ski boot insoles.

i have a pair of these in my ski boots and they are awesome! they provide tons of support and feel 100 times better than the insoles that came with my boots. if your looking to improve the fit and feel of your ski boots but dont want to get the full custom liners this is cheaper and definitely an improvement over the stock ones.

must have

Replaced the conformables foot bed that was in my Salomon F-22 (supposed to be a good foot bed). These were a 100% improvement over those, and also keep my feet noticeably warmer, I would guess a few degrees. Heels feel much better after a long day of snowboarding. I snowboard 120-130 days a season, and for anybody that is in snowboard boots as much as me, these are a MUST HAVE!
