My first running shirt of this kind. I live in Utah, so running in the Winter is going to get a little nippy. So far, the shirt itself has been enough - no outer shell/jacket needed - and I've been running in 30-40 degrees.

No irritating rubbing at all, other than the inside tag, which I ripped out anyway. Not really sure how it "wicks" away moisture, but I'm usually pretty hot and sweaty by run's end, and I whip the shirt off to cool down.

I also ride my bike to work and school, and this shirt makes for a nice base layer. Throw a t-shirt and hoodie on over it, and you're set. I thought I had lost this shirt and I was planning on replacing it with another MidZero. Would definitely buy again.
