A good top to wear alone while Running comfortable no chafing. Still a good product compared to the other Sugoi items from that have gone down hill in quality and are not made in Canada any more.

Good basic jog bra for the small - med cup.

This is a good, basic jog bra for the price. My only caution to others is that it does not provide as much compression as, say, a Moving Comfort jog bra. I think it is because of the fabric. However, I am on the smaller cup size, so it works for me.
