I am 6 foot, 185 pounds with long arms, would a Large fit me?

I am 6 foot, 185 pounds with long arms, would a Large fit me? I would like it to fit pretty baggy as well, should I get a large or X-large? I have an old foursquare jacket from 04' and its a large and its too small now so I need a new jacket and I want it to be baggy, should I just get a XL.
