great insoles

I've tried a few insoles. Was using superfeet. I bought these on sale, tried them, and they are about as perfect as an insole can get. I tried the thicker version but they made my hiking boots too tight. The regular insoles give me good support with no hotspots. I first used them in my ski boots and have never looked back.

good for high arches

I ordered a pair for my daughter because she was having pain in her arches while playing high school sports. They have helped out tremendously. I also ordered a pair for myself to replace the insoles in my running shoes. They felt tighter at first, but I reworked the laces and now they feel great and provide the support I need for my high arches. Good product.

The differences are slight. The Dean is the same as the regular ecxept it has Anti Bacteria Moisture wicking and is about 30 grams heavier for a mens size 10.

Great footbeds. I have used SuperFeet and Down Unders in the past. Like the moldability and arch support of the Sole best. Also, softer material is more cush and comfortable. Just the right amount of volume for my AT Boots and running shoes. I use the Slim Fit in my Sidi's. Easy to mold in my toaster oven and trim to fit with kitchen shears. I wear a 10/10.5 and the Sole 9.5/10.0 is perfect.

will do the job for years

Had these (two pairs) for years now and i've been happy with them. Incredibly durable. I find they build too much for running shoes though (too thick), so I gonna pick up a few pairs of the thin model. Perfect for a high arch like mine, didnt really have to heat conform, an to be honest i didn't feel mch difference - probably becasue the fit was so good out of the box
