I saw the table months ago, was thrown off by the price. After getting the table I was pleased, it will last for life. Great size and craftsmanship.

I bought one of these great tables many years ago with a plywood top. It held up pretty good during all my travel. The last one I ordered is made from bamboo plywood. The first one I got was warped and cracked. The replacement was in good condition. However I wished these tables would still be available with the simple birch plywood, like in the beginning. I don’t see the advantage of having the plastic feel of bamboo on my table top. The Bamboo table is also heavier.
