Smith Special Edition Anthem Spherical Goggles - Mirror Lens - 2007

Smith made the Special Edition Anthem Spherical Goggles for small female faces. The Mirror Lens cuts down on glare and adds sleek style to these curvy goggles. A studded Smith logo on the band of the Special Edition Anthem Goggles' sets them apart from the dull goggle-wearing crowd. Slide the front lens vents open to increase airflow as you start to heat up on the slopes. DriWix face foam wicks moisture away so the Anthem Goggles don't slip around, and Smith's strap adjusts to create a comfortable fit whether your wearing a helmet or not. These Special Edition Goggles' Mirror Lenses help increase depth perception in sunny, cloudy, or low-light conditions. Check the sizing chart to find out which lens tint is the best for you.

Bottom Line: Women-specific goggles with sleek, studded style.

good goggles for smaller face

These goggles are significantly smaller than the more popular models by Oakley, Spy, or Dragon, and as a result have a smaller field of vision, but what can be seen is super clear. So, if you are looking for a lower profile goggle, these are them. I have the Platinum Mirror lenses which are great on a bluebird day, but i must admit, are less than ideal for flat light and overcast days. I would recommend the Oakley H.I. Amber or Yellow Polarized in those conditions. (See my review of those in the Crowbar.) One other minor gripe is that for helmets that try to hold the goggle strap right at the back, the strap has a rather large clip preventing one from sliding it into the slots. Also, there is no rubber strip on the underside of the strap to hold it to the helmet. All in all, I would recommend these goggles, but I am sure they will be taking a back seat to my Oakley Crowbars most days of the season.
