I just received the regular Pivlocks yesterday. I would say the Max version is for medium/larger faces. i saw elsewhere that the lens' of the max are slightly wider and taller than the regular. Or call Smith directly to confirm, thay are very helpful.
I think i am going to really like these glasses.
