love smartwool socks

These aren't as lightweight as I thought they would be, but I still love smartwool socks the best for hiking and running. I love the color, too. I'm glad I bought them!

Love these socks for every day wear and hiking, but couldn't imagine running in them. At least until its freezing out, they are pretty toasty and not as light as I expected. I ordered a small even though I wear a 7.5-8 and they fit perfectly.

I prefer these to the ultra light micro running sock.. my feet slid around wearing those while doing interval training. However, these do not slide at all - I attribute this to the higher amount of cushion in the sock bed. Definitely keeps my feet more dry and comfortable for aerobic activities, yet great for everyday wear, too.
