Simond Ocelot R Ice Axe - 2007

Simond answers the call of weigh-obsessed mountaineers and backcountry skiers with the 12-ounce Ocelot R Ice Axe. This Simond ice axe only comes in a 50-centimeter length because it's about as short as an axe can get and still be useful. The forged steel pick gives the Ocelot R Ice Axe great penetration in hard ice and firm neve, so you can ascent a steep slope or self arrest a ski crash on exposed terrain.
