very light weight, completely waterproof, breathable, zippered pockets, and long enough to sit on.

this is a great rain jacket for the price... kept me very dry in a downpour. Only problem is that there is no lining so if its warm outside the fabric may stick to you a bit.

I searched "everywhere" for a hooded rain coat that had clean girl lines, great shape and was longer. I found it!
I have just come back from a week in rainy Juneau Alaska and this jacket kept me completely dry. I loved that I could put layers under it to keep warm and I looked like a girl and not like I had borrowed an over sized mans jacket. The hood is great and sits just right. When the rain came at me sideways I adjusted the fit with the great hood ties easily with my gloves on! and no wet face. I tucked my gloves into the wrists tightened the velcro at the wrist and there were no gaps for rain or wind.I also liked that it had vertical hidden pockets at the hip line where the pocket bag was made of mesh on the inside.
It is a pity I live in Southern California as I will not have a chance to wear it for a while, but will be prepared when I need it.
