This a package that comes with the LX Dual Control Lever and derailleur cable, plus a pre-bled brake line, front caliper, and 203mm Shimano Centerlock Rotor. You can go that route, or you could just use a similar rotor from another brand. That would be way cheaper than buying a new wheel or rebuilding with a new hub...unless you can build wheels, and even then. In terms of mounts, are you referring to the fork/caliper mount? In that case there are some different designs, Post Mount or International Standard, yours is probably IS type but you'd want to confirm that.
