Really depends on what formula hubs you have. First off the rotor is centerlock for this kit and you hub is highly likely not, so you will have to do one of two things.A) Get the formula centerlock adapter manking it a pretty sweet setup. Find it here: http://aebike.com/page.cfm?action=details&PageID=30&SKU=HU0454B) Get a Shimano 6-bolt rotor to fit six-bolt hubs for this brake. Find those here: http://www.backcountry.com/store/SHI0107/Shimano-America-XT-Disc-Brake-Rotor-6-Bolt.html

Yes. With a break/rotor size adjuster to fit the 160 mm rotor. This a package that comes with the LX Dual Control Lever and derailleur cable, plus a pre-bled brake line, front caliper, and 203mm Shimano Centerlock Rotor. I would recommend getting the following adapter if you already have a 160mm rotor that you are dead set on.Additional recomended part for a 160mm rotor: http://www.backcountry.com/store/SHI0108/Shimano-America-Disc-Brake-Adaptors-Post-Mount.htmlAlso, please note that the adapters come in a couple different flavors, but the most common is post-mount forks - look at your fork to decide.

Beware on this one...

While the description on this clearly says "203mm Shimano Centerlock Rotor" the unit ships with a 160mm, and in my case the hardware for 203mm. As a result its totally unusable. Customer support seems clueless, and can't think out of the box enough to either get me the right hardware or the right rotor. Feel free to buy this if you want a piece of hardware that the most you can do with is return, because that's all Backcountry seems to know how to do.

It is 9-speed triple shifting. Shimano model #ST-M585.It'll work with a double too. Spacing is the same, you just end up with a click left over.

I want to put this on an older marzochi setup, would I need to get a new hub on the wheel for these to work, and are the mounts standard (or are there several configurations)?

You can go that route, or you could just use a similar rotor from another brand. That would be way cheaper than buying a new wheel or rebuilding with a new hub...unless you can build wheels, and even then. In terms of mounts, are you referring to the fork/caliper mount? In that case there are some different designs, Post Mount or International Standard, yours is probably IS type but you'd want to confirm that.
