Paid a lot of money for this down jacket. Washed one time and

Paid a lot of money for this down jacket. Washed one time and the down completely came out of the pockets and bunched into a ball. The jacket is ruined. There really is no warning of this on the label. Disapointing. Hoping there is a way to fix or replace.
