Distance: 23 miles
Testimonial: For the past 2 years, I've repeatedly gotten a blister on my left heel. This season, I declared, "NO MORE!!!" I went out in search of the perfect shoe... my criteria: comfortable, hard-working, simple (it's the bells and whistles that give you blisters, FYI). I've been wearing scarpa nitro's for years & can't find anything else like them ! I also wear salomons trail shoes as I work outside & average 5-6 mi. a day uphill & down but I really need the support of the hiker...any suggestions? Cassie

This would be a close fit to the Nitro that you had. I would also suggest the Scarpa Zen if Goretex is not a concern.
