Still searching for fit.....

I really like the fit and sizing of the Solomon shoes. The shoe pattern seems to fit my feet well. This is my fourth pair of Solomon shoes and I have been searching, in vain, for the cushioning I found in the first two pair purchased about 5 or 6 years ago. Still fit well, but when I slide on the pair from 6 years ago, the added padding in the sole is obvious from what is sold today. At least what I have purchased recently.

These shoes were awesome. Wore these shoes on a trip to Equador and were super comfortable. I went on some hikes with these shoes and I got no blisters like other brands and these shoes provided my feet with breathability! I love Salomon.

This is advertised as having a Gore-tex liner but I don't think it does. Only Saloman's GTX line actually have the Goretex liner and this shoe doesn't. If is has Gortex, it has the Goretex tab sewed on somewhere.

It was finnaly time to replace my blown out salomons (after 2 years - Great shoe by the way) and I was psyched to find this site was still carrying the same model. Price was killer, it shipped right away, and tracking info was emailed when it shipped. For someone who works in shipping and recieving, I can say, great web-buying experience, and I deffinately forsee doing buisness with them again.

Comfortable Hiking Shoes

I brought the Solaris 2 hiking shoes a few weeks ago after searching on the Internet. Although they're not waterproof, I wore them for a few trips and felt very comfortable. The color scheme works very well for light hiking.
