Yes, shops have special ovens for cooking these, do not use your kitchen's oven. I'd call before you just show up though, to not just spring it on them when the store is busy and also to make sure they won't charge you if you bought them somewhere else. Also, and this is just my personal opinion, I love heat moldable liners but not ever heat molding them, nothing will do it better than just riding the boots, instead of simulating forward lean while standing around in a shop for 20-30 min.
