great summer shoes

I really like how you can wear them as sandals or shoes. the convertible heel folds down totally flat so they are very comfortable in sandal mode, great for slipping them on & off.

How does sizing run on these? Do they run small because they're generally meant to be worn without socks?

I normally wear size 10 for running shoes, occasionally 10.5 if a particular model runs small.

Good Shoes. Very Light. Used them on a week long canoe trek up in the Adirondacks. Did 6 or 7 miles of portages and the shoes performed well both in and out of the water.

They feel like sandals yet I walk 40km on trails in one day w/ out a problem!!! No blisters, stable, and good grip.. impressive.. Also very light (10 onz)
