Salomon Falcon CS Pro Ski Boot - Men's - 2008

The Salomon Men’s Falcon CS (custom shell) Pro Ski Boot incorporates patented Kaprolene material that molds easily for a custom fit without the rigors of traditional boot fitting. The Kaprolene shell areas become maleable when heated, and retains their shape when cooled, giving this boot a last size that ranges anywhere from 98-106mm. These 120 flex boots use Salomon’s Spaceframe technology for a responsive feel without foot-crushing rigidity--and Salomon gave the Falcon CS Pro a three-layer, thermoformable My Custom Pro liner that conforms to your foot for great comfort and response. The 35mm power strap increases cuff support and adds to the boots stiff, progressive flex.

Is the Falcon 10 essentially the same as the CS Pro or are there

Is the Falcon 10 essentially the same as the CS Pro or are there other differences? I don't really need the CS, but want a stiffer boot (up to 130). I am comparing against the Lange Comp Pro which would be stiffer but probably less comfortable.

i just bought a pair of salomon intregal equipe 8.2 excellent shape for 40 bucks i am an agressive skier but uneducated about equipment. did i do alright? can you give me the lowdown on what i bought?

The Salomon Integral series is about ten years old now, but they were pretty well made boots. Forward lean was high, and the boot board has a two level ramp (like a dress shoe) so footbeds are not the easiest to interface. If this pair is in good condition, and you ski on longer, straighter skis, it should perform well.

The flex on this boot is 120. The way ski boots work the shell for a 27 and a 27.5 are the same, but the liner is little bit bigger. The difference is negligible.

Negative, the falcon cs pro is probably has one of the least volume boots available from salomon. A narrow flatter foot would best fit this boot. The Salmon impact boot is the higher volume boot from salomon.
