Six Six One N8-6 Bomber Short - 2007

The Six Six One N8-6 Bomber Shorts use closed-cell foam padding to take the bite out of missed trannies, failed rail attempts, and not-quite complete 720s. These lightweight padded shorts fit comfortably under your shell pants for any ride where you want to push your limits. Six Six One made the N8-6 Bomber Shorts with a combination of mesh and nylon for great breathability.

Bottom Line: Progress without the pain thanks to the Six Six One N8-6 Bomber Shorts.

Very lightweight and very durable. Enough padding without being too bulky. Feels allot better now when missing those jumps...

Seem better than the ProTec

By:
December 31, 2007

Compared to the Pro-Tecs, these are lighter. The zipper and clasp waistband seem more comfortable than the pure elastic waistband of the Pro-tecs. They also have more padding on the front of the thigh, not that that's a critical spot, but why not go for more padding. Compared to the Protecs they also seemed to offer more protection when pretending to fall on my wood floor (even though the pads appear thinner). Haven't gotten to take them out for a spin yet though, but so far I prefer them to ProTec. Have not tried the Red Impact shorts though.
