The Spyder Kyds' Leader Jacket packs in 140 grams of ThermaWeb insulation to keep your child from feeling a chill on the slopes. This water-resistant jacket makes ski days more comfortable with a powder skirt, a goggle pocket, and a back pocket for stashing the removable hood. Spyder attached a lens wipe to an internal shock cord, so it's always handy to clean fogged goggles, and the Leader Ski Jacket's microfiber inner collar prevents chin irritation.

I got the green jacket for my son. He absolutely loves it - wears it instead of his other jackets whether he's snowboarding, sledding, or just catting around outside.

Pricey but seems to be worth it

The Spyder gear is definitely at the high end of the price range for children's ski wear. Tis jacket has very good features incl. a full hood (so that it is useful off the slopes, on snowy walks to school) good pockets and vents. We do not tend to use most of the high end ski features yet, but it is a very attractive looking coat that is warm and dry.
