The Scarpa Terminator X Telemark Ski Boot works with NTN Bindings to provide tele freeriders the performance they've been dreaming of. NTN boots do not have a duckbill,, so it's easy to walk and kickstep. Plus, they're crampon compatible. Scarpa gave the Terminator X boot an integrated dual-density Torsion Frame for increased torsional stiffness, which means you can lay out turns on hard snow like never before. A tall, overlapping cuff and three buckles drive the fattest of tele skis, while keeping the weight down for touring efficiency. A pivoting tongue makes getting into and out of the this NTN Telemark Boot quick and easy, while heat-moldable Scarpa Intuition liners provide comfort for long days in the resort or high-mileage tours.

Scarpa get better and better

Decided that is was time to upgrade to NTN after about 8 years on telemark. This boot beats the Scarpa T2X in stability and comfort.

The Scarpa T-X - another NTN boot - is a versatile option because it is also Dynafit compatible. How you like them apples? Its most identifiable feature as a tele boot is that it doesn't have a duckbill. Instead, with the NTN, the rounded front of the sole and the second heel, - a lip beneath the arch of the boot, are clasped by the binding. This creates a rigid interface to transfer energy and power directly to the ski edge. Other features include thermo Intuition liner, three buckles and mid-stiff flex.
