Salomon Kiana Snowboard Boot - Women's - 2007

The Salomon Women's Kiana Snowboard Boots offer uncompromising warmth and protection for female snowboarders who suffer from chronically cold feet while they charge the biggest booters on the mountain. This freestyle boot's liner uses heat moldable foam for a custom fit and extra insulation in the toe area to keep your tootsies toasty warm. While you lap the park, the Kiana Boot's Adiprene outsole soaks up impact if you fly past the transition and land flat. Salomon's Power pro soft lacing system gets you on the hill faster than ever—just slip your foot in, pull draw cords on the liner and shell, and you're good to go. *Sizes are in Mondo.

Bottom Line: Keep your toes warm and your riding precise with the Salomon Kiana Snowboard Boots.

My girlfriend wears size 5.5 shoes, but her feet are pretty wide

My girlfriend wears size 5.5 shoes, but her feet are pretty wide and she has high arches. She has some Burton boots right now that she hates ... We were going to try the 23 ... How do you think this boot will work with her high arches/wide feet/heel?Thanks.

These boots really are great

I was looking for warm snowboard boots, as I had a cheap brand which always left my feet cold (even with heat packs). I dont need any heat packs with these shoes and they fit great. Their sizing is a bit different, so my EU size is 37 and this is 37.3, this fit really good. They also don't make your heel lift (keep it in their place), which is important. Their lacing system seems a little complicated, but you will gets used to it by the second time you get into them. They're actually better as you can tighten on the toes/ heels area and then above the ankle. Plus I got a great deal on backcountry.com, so feel it was the best purchase.

If I wear shoe size 6, would 23cm in mondo fit me? I tried these

If I wear shoe size 6, would 23cm in mondo fit me? I tried these boots at the store and the sale person says 22.5cm is best for me but I felt like my toes was pushing too tight to the front. Is that normal?

Yes, it is normal at first for your toes to push a little bit on the front. In fact, it is ideal. Most boots (especially heat moldable ones) will packout about a half of size after you ride in them for a while.

Widest boot I have found yet

I absolutely love these boots. I have been searching for years for a boot that does not put my foot to sleep after two runs. My only complaints are that the heal cup is not as narrow and snug as the Burton Supremes and they are not as stiff as I would like, but those are small prices to pay for having feeling in your feet at the end of the day.

Yes, a 6.5 in US womens, is a 24 in mondo. The 24 would be what you need.
