Rossignol Voodoo BC90 Ski - Women's

Light, sexy, and powder-hungry, the Rossignol Voodoo BC90 Ski is begging for a trip up the skin track. Flying light on Rossi’s lightweight wood sandwich core and spinning easy on Rossi’s 30-degree slanted sidewalls, the Voodoo BC90 hexes out all the hard work so you can ski like you mean it. The Voodoo’s F.I.T. (feminine intuitive technology) ensures a ride just right for the fairer gender so you don’t have to feel like you’re borrowing your older brother’s skis anymore. Chubby enough to float it out on the deep days, but nimble enough for long-range tours, the Voodoo BC90 wants to be your next skiing partner.

Bottom Line: Float it out beyond the ropes.

I weigh 150 & 5'7 very aggresive female skier. I am just getting into skinning Vermont backcountry and want to get into it at a low cost. I am between the Kali by rossi or the Voodoo BC90 for women. I have been told that lightweight is a big advantage in these parts. I will use a Salomon Shogun alpine boot for backcountry, Naxo binding that only fits up to a ski with a 102 waist. I am wondering if the 92 waist is floaty enough yet want to have an easy time going "up". Will this ski fit my needs or should I anti up for the Rossi Kali? My alpine skis are Nordica Enforcer 2010 169 & and older Rossi B3 in a 168. I bump in the B3 & lift service tree ski with the Enforcer for powder days. Thanks for any help!

for an advanced skiier that prefers off piste, but skis some piste as well, would these be better than the voodoo sc80s?

Oh yeah, these will rock in the off piste, and definitely still be drivable for a good skier.
