Throw on the belted, be-pocketed Rossignol Women's Betsy Jacket and revel in its rugged looks and lofty warmth as you bomb the slopes in style. is it waterproof?

No, not entirely. It has critically-taped seams, meaning the shoulders and arms are probably waterproof, but the jacket is not.
