I got the smalls--they were too big. don't go by the size chart on this site. if you're not a size 5-7, get the xsmall. So, I exchanged them... and then backcountry sent me the wrong color. wtf. about to exchange them AGAIN. The pants are really nice though, and hopefully worth all this effort...

I am wondering about snowboarding pants sizes. I am normally around a 2-4 in women's sizes for jeans and I was just wondering waht size I should get? I was thinking a M so I can fit clothes on underneith as well but I didn't know if that was already taken into account.

I live in the West Kootenays of British Columbia and these pants kept we warm! I am a beginner adn even after falling all day they were dry and war. They are very light as well which I love. No bulky pants! I am very tall (5 10") and they were long enough.

How warm are they? They don't seem to be as waterproof or as well insulated as some other brands I have researched. I love the way they look but I hate to be cold

The waterproofing isn't bad actually. You should have no problems staying dry. And it has fully taped seams as well, which is a big plus. As far as warmth, it's about average for your typical snowboard pant. If you really love how these look, you could stay plenty warm in them with some underarmor/long underwear on underneath them.
